Management of rental properties

As property managers, we’ll represent you as client in all matters. We’ll handle communication with tenants and see to the upkeep of the property, including building cleaning. In addition, we’ll establish the amount of rent and take care of bookkeeping, billing, and collection of past-due rent. We’ll also handle the preparation of settlement statements for heat and ancillary costs and conclude insurance policies and service contracts.
Initial leasing

When you make your property available for leasing for the first time, we’ll support you in setting rents in a way that optimises income and success on the market. We’ll prepare leasing documentation, define the optimal advertising mix, and then publish the advertising on the Internet, in newspapers, and on billboards. Upon request, we’ll also handle the search for qualified tenants. We’ll organise and attend flat viewings, handle credit and background checks, and validate potential tenants, up to and including preparation of leases and protocolled conveyance of the flats.
